Supply Chain
Connect the materials, components, decoration, production, and reorder record.
Avelon’s supply-chain work supports the parts of a headwear program that sit upstream and around final assembly: materials, trims, closures, visor components, sweatbands, labels, patches, decoration, warehousing, packaging, sourcing, and retained project references.
Upstream Development
The cap is only as consistent as the components behind it.
Materials and components influence fit, appearance, function, cost, manufacturing feasibility, and repeatability. Avelon reviews these elements together rather than treating them as isolated purchases.
Fabrics
Twill, washed cotton, canvas, ripstop, lightweight woven fabrics, mesh, stretch constructions, performance materials, and other program-specific options.
Visor Components
Visor shape, reinforcement, flexibility, stitching, under-visor treatment, and selected component requirements.
Sweatbands
Standard, performance, stretch, absorbent, printed, branded, or other program-appropriate constructions.
Closures
Snapback, hook-and-loop, metal slider, webbing and buckle, stretch-fit, closed-back, elastic, and other suitable systems.
Internal Trims
Taping, labels, size markings, seam finishes, reinforcement, and approved internal details.
Decoration Components
Embroidery, woven patches, embroidered patches, leather-style patches, rubber applications, labels, transfers, and other reviewed methods.
Functional Components
Cord systems, buckles, eyelets, ventilation panels, neck flaps, binding, piping, and related details.
Packaging Components
Bags, tissue, inserts, labels, cards, boxes, cartons, and approved program presentation.
Strategic Network
Development capability supported by long-term supplier relationships.
Avelon’s China-based materials and trim network has been developed over approximately 20 years, supporting sourcing, special materials, component development, cost engineering, sample response, and project-specific requirements.
Development Access
Identify and review suitable materials, trims, components, and finishing options.
Special Requirements
Support uncommon materials, colors, components, decoration bases, and project-specific construction needs.
Cost and Feasibility Review
Evaluate alternatives based on quantity, construction, application, timing, and commercial priorities.
Quick-Response Support
Coordinate selected samples, materials, trims, and development work where the requirement and timing are feasible.
Warehousing and Program Continuity
Retained references support more practical reorders.
Where appropriate to the program, materials, trims, components, approved references, packaging information, and project records may support future reorder review and range continuity.
Material and Trim References
Retain relevant approved references for future comparison and reorder review.
Program Records
Maintain style, color, construction, decoration, packaging, and project information.
Reorder Review
Compare the repeat requirement with the previous approved program and identify any changes.
Range Development
Use the existing program language to develop new colorways, related silhouettes, or modified applications.
Supply Chain Support Requests
Support can begin with a specific component or the complete product.
Fabric or material sourcing
Trim and closure development
Visor, sweatband, or component support
Decoration or patch development
Packaging and labeling
Complete headwear program support
Development Notice
Selected programs may begin at 48 pieces — subject to platform, material, decoration, color split and production review.
Initial response is typically within 1–2 business days after complete project information. Sample and artwork timing are quoted by program.
Connect the Supply Chain
Start with the component, requirement, or complete program.
Share the material, trim, component, decoration, packaging, quantity, market, and timing requirements available. Avelon will review the appropriate support path.
