Headwear Styles

A flexible starting point for your headwear program.

Explore a focused range of core silhouettes for lifestyle, performance, outdoor, hospitality, uniform, and branded merchandise programs. Each style can be developed through material, fit, construction, closure, color, and decoration options.

Blank headwear styles arranged with fabrics and components to introduce Avelon’s private-label headwear collection.

Start with a platform. Develop it around your program.

The styles below are development platforms rather than fixed retail products. Final construction, materials, decoration, fit, packaging, quantities, and timing are reviewed by project.

Choosing a Starting Point

Not every project begins with a style number.

A reference sample, sketch, mood board, retail target, or performance requirement can also be used to begin development. Avelon can recommend an appropriate platform after reviewing the intended use, quantity range, target market, and required features.

Development Notice

Selected programs may begin at 48 pieces — subject to platform, material, decoration, color split and production review.

Initial response is typically within 1–2 business days after complete project information. Sample and artwork timing are quoted by program.

Share the intended use, approximate quantity, target timing, and any reference material available. We will review the project and recommend the most practical next step.
